7 Days Easy Return

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product meets our return conditions.

Eligible Returns

• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• The wrong product was delivered.

• The product is significantly different from the product description.

• The product is unused and in its original condition, where applicable.

Return Conditions

To request a return:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

• The product must be returned in its original condition.

• Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other included items should be returned where applicable.

• Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

• The product has been damaged due to misuse.

• The product has been intentionally damaged.

• The return request is made after the 7-day period.

• The product is returned without the required accessories or packaging, where applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, the applicable refund will be processed through an available refund method agreed upon with the customer.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or defective product.

Dynamic Deals reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund or replacement.
